Payment: We use PayPal as out Credit Card Merchant. Paypal is 100% secure. You can either use your credit card or your Paypal account. You are not required to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. Just fill our the credit card side to use your credit card and proceed thru checkout and "click here" if you do not have a Paypal account or choose not to use it.
Shipping: Free shipping is included in every order inside the Continental US. Outside the US, shipping is $5 extra. We use the US Postal Service for shipping. If you require a faster shipping method then please contact us at (941)-371-8707 and make a note of this in your comments during checkout. We generally ship within 7-10 days. If there is any potential delay beyond this we will notify you.
Bead Variation: Due to the natural variation in stones and handmade beads no two lanyards are exactly alike. Every effort is made to to retain the same appearance as shown on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under our Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our lanyards or you can return the lanyard for a 100% refund if within 7 days of receipt, return shipping is at your cost. The return must be made within 21 days from the purchase date or the refund will be denied.
Guarantee: We guarantee our lanyards to be free of defects from workmanship for 60 days from date of purchase. We will replace any lanyard that is defective if it is returned to us within 60 days. Please keep in mind that Lucky Lanyards are made with high quality materials but they still need to be treated like you would any other piece of favorite jewelry. If it is determined by us that the lanyard was broken by mishandling then we will repair and return the lanyard to you for half the original price. Please salvage as many of the original beads as possible to return to us for repair. Contact us for more information.
